FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

How long can I expect my eavestrough to last?

20 years is the average life span. However, a poor installation or lack of maintenance will reduce the life expectancy of the eavestrough.

Do you install roofs?

No, we specialize in the eavestrough. We leave the roofs to roofing specialists.

Do you have insurance?

We carry a $5 million liability policy, as well as a WSiB for all employees.

Most homes are completed within a day. Larger homes might require an additional day.

Do you break down the cost of a project?

All estimates are fully itemized along with a roof plan diagram, which has all linear footage and quantities clearly labeled.

Are virtual quotes accurate?

Yes, provided we have (4) current elevation photos. With these, we can scale the property and provide an accurate quote.

Do you sub-contract any of your work?

All work is completed in-house by full time salary employees.

Do I need to be home during the install?

While not necessary, it is ideal to meet briefly in the morning to go over any changes to the existing system before we start.

What is installed first, the roof or eavestrough?

Ideally have your roof completed prior to installing new eavestrough.
